If the size you buy is not right for you, we will gladly exchange or refund within 14 days in original condition with the protective plastic still intact on the bottom of the shoe.

Our lace material are a more flexible fit. 

The Emily block heel is for an average to slim foot. For a wider foot, we recommend the Celeste.

Free standard shipping for orders over $200, postage will be calculated at checkout.

Yes, like any pair of new shoes, wearing them in will help your new shoes mould to your feet. Please make sure they are the correct fit before wearing them in and before removing the plastic protector at the bottom of the shoe.

Size 35 to 42 in most of our collection. Size 43 is available in limited styles.
